At Suryamoto EV India Pvt Ltd, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electric scooters or bikes once registered in the buyer’s name
  • Products customized or modified at your request
  • Spare parts that have been installed or used
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Items with obvious signs of use

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share photos or videos to support your claim.
  • We will replace the product or offer a full refund, as applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.

Important Notes:

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been dispatched.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed and must follow the return process.
